What are the ingredients of this thing?

Just go to the company's website, find the product, scroll down and click the "label" tab (rather than "information" tab). I hope this link stays in my post, but if not, the company website is Nature's Sunsine dot com. http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/product/solstic-energy-30-packets/6521/

Can this made with hot water like a tea?

I am not sure. I love drinking it made with water. You don't need coffee or tea with it. I wakes me right up.
