The “ice” is just a regular Kleenex so you just refill from a regular Kleenex box.

Does this not come with red marbles anymore?

Mine didn't even come with legs so it never even got played with. I have no idea what color marbles there were because it's in the garbage.

Does it include the papers? if so how many paper are in there?

You use tissues, not paper. Just every day tissues.

I'd this certified with nsf?
