Krightlink 5-in-1 Foam Roller Set High Density Deep Tissue Muscle Massage

This is not what I was originally looking for but I have had so many weird aches and pains pop up as I’ve gotten older, I figured I’d find uses for each of these, and boy have I. I was originally looking for a styrofoam roller to lay back on to counter the effects of slouching. The big roller works well for this. A couple reviews mentioned the inner plastic breaking so I didn’t know if it’d support my weight of 220, but it’s been solid so far. The roller is great for my neck, a sore spot I get on my outer upper left thigh, and the sides of my lower back. The band is great for stretching my legs. The ball is probably my favorite. I had no idea I could find so many uses for it. I like to roll it on top of my right foot. I get weird pains there I think from the bunion on my pinky toe. I’ve started experiencing arthritis in my left thumb so rolling it on the palm at the base of my thumb has been a game changer. I highly recommend this set!

I bought this set after I saw Olympians using a similar kit during the last Olympic Games. It figured if top tier athletes tote it with them to the Olympics, it must be worthwhile. I was not disappointed. This kit is fantastic for pain relief after heavy lifting days or intense workouts. I especially like the smaller roller for my back and shoulders and the firm ball for my feet. I can use the rollers on my own, or have my husband help me for a deeper tissue release. The foam quality seems good and this kit is a good value for the price and all that is included. I highly recommend it.

It’s a foam roller but what sets it apart are the extras. The leg bands are perfect for my knee therapy.

It’s especially useful after workouts or long days sitting. Most of the pieces work very well and provide good pressure without feeling flimsy. The set is also compact and easy to store, which is a nice bonus. The main drawback—and the reason for four stars—is the roller wheel with the plastic teeth. The teeth are quite hard and can feel uncomfortable, especially on more sensitive areas. It works for very deep pressure, but it’s not something I reach for often compared to the smoother rollers. Overall, this is a good-quality massage set with a lot of functionality for the price. If the toothed roller were softer or better contoured, this would easily be a five-star product.

A great deal, works well and would buy again. Has everything you need in a bag.

This is a life changing, I light weights and my back is always stiff and tight, this roller makes soreness go away, I can’t explain how good it feels after using it for a few minutes a day. Try it and you can thank me later.

The foam roller broke and the stick thing isn’t the best

Great value, compact back to bring with and store it all. Really helpful for mobility & working all those kinks out.
