Each wafer contains 50,000 IU (Chew one wafer per week to raise Vit D3 levels)

Where I can find the ingredients ? Is this dairy, corn and soy free ?

Ingredients are listed on box and each package. Look up the manufacturer Everidis they have ingredients listed as well.

what does size 4 mean?

The box has 4 tablets in it. I presume that is what it means.

Is this vegetarian friendly? As i see magnesium stearate as ingredients which is generally derived from Pork.

Amazing!

A couple months ago my vitamin d levels were really low. A single digit lol. I was prescribed pills at first but asked my doctor for a liquid since swallowing pills was kind of an issue for me. The liquid I had ended getting was very expensive and tasted awful! I ended up coming across these and I’m so glad I did! I just recently checked my levels and I am now in the double digits. I wish this brand would make a maintenance dose because I would not mind taking these every day.
