I am not sure how this book was even published. It looks like a compilation of random drug/vitamin/herbal information pasted into a text. The book is full of incomplete sentences and grammatical errors. Half of the information is not even related to male health, much less fertility. And the discussion surrounding varicocele issues is very limited.
