does the chain rust??

No the chain does not rust......

what is a "fold closure"?

Not certain, but I think it may mean that you close the wallet by folding only.....there is no snap, velcro, or other closure ???

Will the wallet stay closed

Hi Laura, chain measures 17.5 inches long including safety ring clasp. You can keep y our wallet with in your desired distance with in 17.5 inches. Hope this will help. Thanks.

Can you use this wallet w/ chain in your front pocket?

Hi Brittney, yes, you can use this wallet either on front or back pocket, it's more of a personal choice. Hope this will help. Thanks.
