Great product and delivery but a slight manufacturing problem.

I was really looking forward to this. Great price and when it came it arrived two weeks early which was great. However it seems to have a hole on the seam. The company have asked me to sew it up myself with £3 compensation and not being a qualified seamstress, I don’t fancy doing this. Obviously it might not be safe and hole might get even bigger - especiallu with my shocking sewing! I am in regular contact with the company and am hoping for a replacement which I am sure will be great. I can’t wait to get out on the kayak and use it before this good weather finishes!
