Delicious Bar
Munk pack cinnamon bars are good breakfast bar especially if you’re on the run. The bars are dry with lots of fiber, high in protein and low in sugar. So, for me it’s a healthy way to start the day or later on for a snack. I really like them and keep them in stock, but they can be pricey so look for sales.

Great tasting snack. NO SUGAR!
These are delicious! Great breakfast bar or snack. NO SUGAR. Monk fruit. It does NOT raise my blood sugar! After finding these and other items with monk fruit and Stevia, my AC1 went from 6.8 to 6.3!

Sweet no after taste
Taste really good. Just like oatmeal with maple syrup. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste. But I like them.

Yum!
These are my morning goto or on the go snack. One of the highest items in my rotation for quick/grab and go items. This is my favorite flavor of the munk packs, but peanut butter is a great second place. Decent macros and quality ingredients. I have purchased over 9 boxes now. Love munk packs!

Great for your gut not for the tongue
These are chock full of things that are good for you they've got probiotics and prebiotic fiber which is good for your gut health. It also has a decent amount of protein which is good that you needed that to make you feel full and satiate you throughout the day. But they have a nasty aftertaste which is why I didn't really care for these bars.

Cinnamon Roll artificial taste
The peanut butter bars are awesome so we decided to try the cinnamon roll - big mistake! I know they’re natural but they taste like fake maple syrup. Sorry Munk - you can do better
