Reishi tincture is always useful to have in for settling the mind and helping on stressful days or periods of insomnia. Personally I prefer the capsules as I’m not keen on the taste of the mushroom tinctures but it does tend to work a little better than the capsules. If you drink coffee it would probably mask the taste quite well. This brand is really affordable and works well. A decent tincture.

Strangely enough, I've had a pleasant experience using these particular Reishi mushroom drops. I can't confidently say whether they contain more active compounds than necessary, but I can say the flavor feels slightly smoother compared to other brands I've tried—whether that's a good thing or not remains to be seen. I generally dilute a few drops in warm water and maintain a consistent dosage. While some might argue the calming effect is largely due to the warm water itself, I must emphasize that the drops do contribute noticeably to the results. Due to my recent injuries over the past eight months—affecting my neck, spine, and ribs—my sleep quality has been significantly impacted. However, I’ve found that combining these Reishi drops with a bit of magnesium spray has helped me achieve a deeper, more restful sleep. This pairing seems to complement each other well, and it’s been a small but meaningful improvement in my recovery process. At night times, I take the drops orally for maximum effect during rest. The plus side is, I've noticed a calming effect throughout the day, which has been refreshing. While I wouldn’t say I feel energized, I do feel more balanced and less affected by daily stresses. The convenience of the liquid format and its relatively smooth flavor make it easy to stick to this routine. Overall, these drops seem like good value for money and can be a great addition to your wellness routine if you're exploring natural options. As always, consult your GP before trying any new supplements, and I’d recommend doing thorough research. I’d suggest this for myself, but as usual, exercise caution, as individual body types and tolerances can differ.

It is very good, doesn't really taste anything. It is a bit sweet but it is makes my brain so much better. Makes easier to focus with thisand I can seep better too. It is actually very good for my overall health. Easy to use basically anywhere.

Good quality tincture, no strong taste I add mine to a small glass of water, along with other tinctures. Cannot come t on heart benefits as I am not allowed to, but have been a fan of mushrooms for years as I feel they are good for me and work well to help with my health.

This product arrived in a branded cardboard box. Inside was a glass bottle with a pippete top. For me one of the benefits of liquid supplements is their ease of use. The dropper makes dosage and measurement simple and easy. Although there are no indicators on the glass vial. So far I have used it in coffee, matcha and in cereal. I have not noticed any strong taste or bitter aftertaste. I like that it is suitable for a plant based diet. As with all supplements it is difficult to comment on the efficacy of the product as these take time. That being said, I do feel better in myself. Good price point.
