tasty stuff. subtle flavors. I like them. but they really are about 25% too expensive to be any kind of a regular thing. I might buy more. maybe next summer or something...they are very light...would be a good protein snack if you are going hiking since they dont add much weight.

Love these-all three flavors taste great!! I am someone that doesn’t always get to eat regularly-these are a great snack and since 1 package is 20 gms of protein (since the body can only process 20 Gm a hour) are perfect for me. I will be adding these to my prescribe and save every month.

I really enjoy Moon Cheese. But I didn't care for the additives on this one. Great tasting. But has carbohydrates to sweeten them. Gave them to the grandkids. The Cheddar ones I've purchase the 2 big bags monthly. My go to crunch.

Expensive for what it is. Taste is ok.

We love these, the texture is awesome, the flavor is awesome, the only thing I would recommend is not buying the Gouda, as it has a really strange aftertaste.
