This ice machine is perfect and I love the ice with a bigger inside for ice. I have owned 5 ice machines and this one is far the best!

The media could not be loaded. This machine goes through cycles every few days and it makes so much noise that you can’t hear each other speak. I do not recommend. Even when it’s not howling, it is loud in general. Video attached of the noise.

I'm so happy I purchased this ice machine. My household loves it. Its easy to set up, not too heavy, functions properly and very worth the price. Can fit on your kitchen counter with ease. The ice is of a very good quality and doesn't melt as soon as you fill your cup. Oh! Did I mention its easy to clean as well?!

Makes ice fast and quiet! I love it! Excellent value.

Good ice maker for personal use but I'll buy something bigger if I start having people over and entertain them. I do like the ice it makes though and gonna keep using this one since it seems to work just fine

I love love love this ice! I tried to stop chewing ice but couldn't break the habit so I think of this purchase avoiding expensive dental work :) We run this a couple days a week to stock up. I keep our feezer ice bin full and then store the excess in gallon baggies to refill as needed. Since the ice is wet when you dump it out of the basket, we put it in a baggie and leave in the freezer until good and "dry" then break it up to dump in our bin. Yes, we would buy again!

I purchased this ice maker Dec 27, 2034. June 16, 2025 the icemaker started making a very loud noise. It wasn’t working properly. I unplugged it. I examined the water level which was correct. I plugged in the icemaker and it started making the same loud noise. It’s been 6 months. I didn’t purchase the 2 year quarity.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. When it worked I liked the ice. I am out near $300.00!

I had another nugget icemaker but it was about 3x louder than this one. I like that this one is quiet. It makes ice fast and it makes the perfect ice cubes that are similar to my favorite chicken sandwich restaurant.
