I got this to replace a bottle that was empty and they were no longer selling that brand. So I thought, I'd try this one because of the reviews. It came quickly and was in perfect condition. I used it the first night. I did four sprays on the bottoms of my feet, one on the top and I rubbed them in till they we're dry. I fell asleep faster and I love the frankincense smell, it's very light, very mild, I wish it was a little stronger, but it smells so good. I slept longer, deeper and woke up feeling much better. But the main thing is, I do not have any charlie horses throughout the whole day, if I use it at night. If I miss one night, I have charlie horses in my stomach, my neck or all over my body. So if you have trouble sleeping or charlie horses in your body during the day, I highly recommend this spray at night.

I love the vanilla scent, and the oil seems to be good quality. As far as the amount or effects of the magnesium, things like that are so difficult to measure, and I often have a hard time determining whether or not they work. The bottle, as careful as I try to be, always seems to get oily, and the inside of the cap does also. It's really strange because it's as if it's spraying itself after I put the cap on. Maybe it's built up pressure that's causing it? I don't know. The only issue I have with it is the spray bottle being so messy even though i clean it off after each use. Maybe it's just a defective bottle.

These oil sprays are very effective for soothing restless legs, and reducing joint pain. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I only received 2 bottles out of 3.

Has a very mild flavor, not too overpowering. Only have tried two packets, pineapple and orange.

Have tried different products and I didn’t really feel much relaxed with these I think the gummies help out more

I started taking this moisturizer a few days ago and it has worked well. The taste is pleasant. And I've felt better hydrated.

I been trying this hydration electrolytes and wow they are amazing they really help keep me hydrated I nog a big fan of drinking too much water but the taste is really good and is enjoyable

These are a good option for a calming drink. Some of the flavors are very strong which was not my favorite. Would be nice to be able to pick a flavor vs a variety pack but still a good option and a good value
