7 weeks ago I broke both ankles! the left one more serious then the right (I broke three bones and had to have it all pinned back and plated). One week ago I had the plaster cast removed from my left leg and started physio. First time I had been able to put any weight on my left leg. I nearly fainted!. For some unknown reason I was not offered a boot to help with the healing process of the left leg. So, I came across this. Saw all the reviews and thought yes thats just what I need.Today it arrived 20the October (it was ordered on Sunday 18th October 2015). I was impressed. I opened it up and felt gosh this is not going to work. But I am so pleased to say it does. I have only used it for one day and it has helped me gain confidence, it has helped to walk with the ability to use the flrexible mode. It has also helped reduce the pain of walking.As others have mentioned, it is best to put the two bars down as you first try and sort out the actual boot. Also, when you undue to velcro always stick it together, that way it will not get tangled up with each other. I have also removed all the pins from the revolving wheel, since I need full range of movement and for me it did restrict my ability to use it well with them all in. I would suggest that you try different methods to suit your needs.Do I recommend this, you bet I do. Excellent product.

I have Planter Faschitis ( torn tendon in foot ) and I could not walk until I got this boot. It is excellent and excellent value for money.

Boot was huge much too large. The velcro straps are so tough to remove I could hardly open them up. This was bought for my husband but we only used it once. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Did the job perfectly. Easy enough to work out how to set it up, comfortable to wear and gave the necessary support. The tendonitis is now much better and I hope not to need it again!

Worked well for me because I wanted a bit of flexible movement in the boot, but there should be a rigid setting also for those who want it.
