I absolutely love this tea maker! The Saki Turkish Tea Maker Machine Pro makes authentic Turkish tea incredibly easy and consistent. The double kettle design works perfectly—water boils quickly in the bottom pot while the top teapot brews a rich, flavorful tea concentrate. The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and it looks elegant on the counter. It keeps the tea warm without overcooking it, which is a huge plus. Cleanup is simple, and the size is great for both daily use and hosting guests. If you enjoy real Turkish tea with convenience and reliability, this machine is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

At first impression, this tea maker feels extremely premium. The materials, finish quality, cable, and overall industrial design are genuinely impressive. As a Turkish family living in the US, we were honestly very excited to finally have a machine designed specifically for Turkish tea culture. Unfortunately, after only about 4 months of normal household use, the unit suddenly stopped heating water. The temperature became stuck at 28°C and never increased again. We tried everything: - resetting the unit, - cleaning/descaling it with citric acid, - checking for mineral buildup, - testing different outlets. Nothing solved the issue. What disappointed us most was that we could not reach SAKI customer service in a meaningful way. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and approved a full refund. Without Amazon’s support, the process would have been much more difficult. I still think the idea behind this product is fantastic, especially for Turks living in America who miss proper Turkish tea. The design team clearly put effort into aesthetics and user experience. However, I genuinely believe more engineering focus is needed on the electrical/heating system and especially the base unit. After researching further, I also noticed other users reporting similar heating-related problems. I hope the people behind the product read feedback like this and continue improving it, because the concept itself is actually great.

I recently bought the SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro and I’m really happy with it so far. The design is very nice and it looks great on the counter. I got the pearl white color and it has a clean, modern look. It’s easy to use and works well for making traditional Turkish tea. The water heats up quickly and the keep-warm function is convenient when you want to have tea ready for a while. The pots also feel solid and good quality. One small detail I really liked is that you can choose the language on the screen (English or Turkish). I thought that was a thoughtful touch and it makes the machine easier to use. Overall it’s been great for everyday use and making tea for guests. If you drink Turkish tea regularly, this is a really nice tea maker to have.

Tea maker arrived quickly and in good conditions. Instructions for set up and use were clear and helpful. Makes great tea and looks elegant. The bottom kettle can be used on its own as an electric kettle with the added convenience of a "keep warm" function. The quality appears good - time will tell if it proves durable.

Best electric kettle I’ve used! Took me forever to find one that contains no plastic and has temp control. Plus the Turkish tea maker version is the same price as just the kettle, so that’s great too:) The additional tea pot is actually great for making any kind of tea, not just Turkish tea. One information that might be important to others is that the presets are really presets — I couldn’t seem to find a way to modify them. But without presets you can set the temp to any that you want.

I bouhgt this product mid-September What really sets the Saki Turkish Tea Machine apart is its ability to brew tea quickly and efficiently without compromising the flavor. The machine heats water to the ideal temperature for brewing Turkish tea, typically between 90°C and 95°C, and automatically adjusts the heat in the upper pot to create the perfect concentration of tea. The lower pot is equally adept at maintaining the ideal water temperature for dilution, which ensures that each cup of tea is just the right strength—never too weak or too bitter. The heating system is also fast and reliable, cutting down the traditional wait time significantly. No more fiddling with kettles and thermometers, or waiting for the water to reach the perfect temperature; the Saki machine does it all for you, which is especially convenient when hosting guests. One of the most appealing aspects of the Saki Turkish Tea Machine is how easy it is to use. Simply fill the lower kettle with water, add loose-leaf tea to the upper pot, and press a button to start. There's no need to monitor the brewing process manually, which is a huge time-saver. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an auto-shutoff feature once the tea is ready, so you can relax without worrying about over-brewing. In terms of maintenance, the Saki tea machine is relatively low-maintenance. Both teapots are easy to clean and are dishwasher-safe, which is a big plus for anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of hand-washing. The stainless-steel build resists staining and doesn’t retain odors, ensuring that each brew tastes fresh. The Saki Turkish Tea Machine is a superb option for anyone who loves Turkish tea but wants to streamline the brewing process. Its combination of high-quality build, user-friendly interface,

I’ve been using this Turkish tea maker for a few months and really like it. It heats up fast, and looks very nice on the counter. I had a moment where it wouldn’t stop boiling but it randomly fixed itself the next day, probably got a bit wet. Since then, it’s been working perfectly. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it, just keep it dry!
