Very sturdy and smooth
No complaints. They are sturdy, but not stiff like others. No rough edges and have kind of a "polished" feel when they pass over your lips. The knife cuts well enough and the included napkin is a nice touch.

Don’t know what I was doing before these. Pack them in my lunches, my husband’s , my kids’, my neighbors -and everyone else I can find. I also put them in the car and a couple in my purse. They always come in handy, even at some restaurants
