I am a 58 year old male and I would frequently wake up at least three times a night, if not more to go to the bathroom. I was always reluctant to see a physician and face the high cost of a prescription medicine, so I went to Amazon and found Prostate Health from LES Labs. Not knowing anything about this type of natural supplements, I first went by the reviews and price. The majority of them were very positive and the product was affordable. So I ordered a bottle just to try. It took about 10 days and I started to feel a difference, nothing extraordinary, but enough to give me hope. After a month, I only had to go to the bathroom twice, sometimes once, depending on how much water I had before going to bed. I reordered a bottle, then another one. After three months, my bathroom stops had been reduced to once a night. This product works well for me and I don't have to invest a fortune to spend a decent night of sleep and not worry about having to wake up often with the urge and the very uncomfortable feeling of hurrying to the bathroom every other hour. Same thing during my day at work, I no longer have to go 5 or 6 hours without drinking anything to avoid repeated trips to the men's room. This is not a miracle drug and it will not cure my problem, just make it quite manageable and give me a nice peace of mind, even in some of my social life situations. So, I will keep buying this product, as long as it keeps working for me. So far, so good and it's small price to pay to enjoy a good night sleep, finally!

I'm not a medical professional. I'm just an old guy with an old guy bladder. I was tired of making what I felt were too many trips to the bathroom. The supplement on TV was outrageously expensive and LES Labs product was more (that's relative) reasonably priced. I made a mistake and didn't keep track of my bathroom trips before I started taking the product, so I failed to establish a baseline. I did what was recommended and took two-per-day initially and then a single capsule later. I have to warn you when you open the bottle you're going to think the dreaded Pumpkin Spice has invaded your pill cabinet. The pills are a burnt orange. I know this could simply be the placebo effect, but I found the product to be helpful. It seems to me that I'm making fewer trips to the bathroom and am able to hold my water, so to speak, for longer periods of time. My suggestion to you is to take the time to log your trips for a week BEFORE taking LES Labs - as I didn't do - and then compare your before results with what's happening after you finish the bottle. That, more than this recommendation, should help you to decide whether or not to continue. You're going to pay full price for your first bottle -- it's not cheap, but lower priced than the TV brand -- but LES Labs offers a two-for-one coupon for your next purchase, which is great.

I am 61 and have a slightly enlarged prostate so I have to deal with the typical trips to the bathroom at night and weak stream. My doctor has discussed a few options for me from surgical to non-surgical where they insert an implant. I checked some reviews on the non-surgical process and the results were mixed. So I decided to give this a try. I have tried a few other natural remedies but non of them were very effective. This one though seems to be doing the trick for me. I only get up in the night once in a while now and when I go to the bathroom my stream is much stronger and I feel like I am emptying my bladder. I just purchased my second bottle since I have seen no decline in the effectiveness. I am very pleased. Feels great to pee like I did 20 years ago. I highly recommend these for people experiencing similar issues. I bit pricey, but worth every cent in my opinion.

53 y.o. started taking .4 mg. of Flomax. Then it went up to twice daily. The next step was the rotor rooter. I opted for a safer solution. Well I searched the internet for something non-destructive and decided to try Prostate Health from Leslabs. I started off taking 2 a day between the flomax. Wow within 3 days it was definitely working within 2 weeks I have no issues. Now my future goal is to slowly wean myself off of the flomax and to see exactly how well Prostate Health can work on its own. Stay tuned. Cont'd February 22, 2017 I have been using Prostate Health for quite a while now. It is definitely has a positive impact on my prostate and urination. I did try to step down to 1 dose of Flowmax a day, however it did not work out. So at this time I am still taking Flowmax twice daily, however Prostate Health has eliminated all of the urges to go. The next step without the Prostate Health was the rotor rooter and I am happy to say that Leslabs product is preventing me from having to go through this procedure. As for the sexual side, there I find no benefits, however urinating is more important at this time. LOL. Hope this helps.

In my search for prostate supplements that avoid unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients such as stearates, stearic acid and silicon/titanium dioxide, this supplement was initially a promising contender. While I was pleased to see the combination that includes pumpkin seed extract, beta sitosterol, pygeum, saw palmetto, lycopene and stinging nettle root, the dosage amounts are just too weak to do any good. For example, 1 mg of lycopene in one serving (in comparison, another and cheaper product that also avoids stearates includes 10 mg) and 25 mg of pumpkin seed extract (the same other product has 1,000 mg or 1 gram). Similarly, the dosages for stinging nettle root and beta sitosterol are extremely low in comparison to most competitive products. Of course, if the overall combination "worked" all would be forgiven, but sadly that is not the case here. To top it off, LES Labs has a highly questionable marketing practice of offering a "bonus bottle" shortly after the initial purchase while soliciting comments for this page at the same time. I thought Amazon had eliminated this overly promotional strategy but apparently many aggressive promoters have figured out a way to bend the rules. All in all, my advice is to skip the promotional hype and stay with products that are more economically priced while providing "more" at the same time. By doing so, you can actually find prostate supplements that include effective amounts of ingredients plus additional helpful components such as green tea extract, quercetin, turmeric, pomegranate extract, trans-resveratrol and flax seed lignan extract.

I have been using this product (Prostate Health) for several months now . I can say with assurance that this is an effective solution providing symptomatic relief to prostate difficulties, especially frequent night time urination. I have noted a long term decrease in the number of toilet trips I have had to make over the last six months. My experience has been a decrease from an average of six bathroom visits down to no more then two visits per night. Needless to say, this has improved my quality of sleep and my quality of life. Just to update a bit, I'm still using this product and very satisfied with its results.

Update: Husband has quit taking this as it was giving him sharp pains in his chest. His previously prescribed finasteride had also given him this side effect and the pains stop as soon as he quits taking it. They resume if he starts back. IF this supplement does not give you chest pains, perhaps it will be helpful to you. Whatever the effective ingredient in the RX that causes this must also be in the supplement. I still think this is a good product and will probably work for some people. Husband was having to get up several times a night to urinate but nothing would really happen much. It was very frustrating and after years of using Saw Palmetto, it lost it's effectiveness so he was taking prescription meds for it. However, he really did not like the side effects so we decided to try this for a while. It really seems to be helping so he has now purchased a second bottle. He is getting up only 1-2 x a night and when he does, it gives relief as he actually does have a flow. It hasn't stopped it completely so only four stars but he is very satisfied with it.
