It is specified for 10 to 100w solar panel, cannot they be used with larger solar panels as 400w. if no, why ? what would you suggest instead ?

this can support 400w panel but need evaluate the weight of panel. we advise use it for Max100-200w panel

What is thickness of bracket, long side length, short side length, and width of bracket?

will these work for a curved rv roof on a travel trailer?

Actually, these solar panel mounting brackets can support curved RV roof assembly . but need calculate the radians of RV roof and adjust the angel of your panels. These brackets can adjust the stroke position.

L Solar mounting bracket slit width is 48mm L x 8mm W. Hope it can fit your existing bolt goes through.

Strong, Reliable Mounts for Solar Panels

These are heavy‑duty mounts that work perfectly for solar panels. They’re very strong, well‑built, and easy to use. Installation was simple, and they feel solid and secure once installed. Great quality overall.

Eased my Airstream Install!

I used these to install two 200 W solar panels on the roof of my Airstream trailer. I used standard mounting brackets near the center of the panels, and these tall brackets at the ends (since the roof is curved). Materials are excellent and brackets are great quality!

Unusual solution

Most solar panel mounting hardware clamps the frame down to the channel. We wanted to bolt the panels for a boat installation for more positive attachment because of the movement and wind. This hardware is perfect for that and for corrosion protection.

Quality solar panel mounts

These are high quality aluminum solar panel mounting brackets. They come in a nice cardboard box, not all jumbled together in a baggie. The brackets have a rubber layer on the bottom as do the long lag bolts. This helps keep water out once they're screwed down. They worked perfectly to mount my Richsolar panel to a shingle roof. Would buy again.
