Where is it manufactured ?

I don't know and sent mine back for refund. It is not light and the motor runs and sounds funny after I turned it off. I have never had a hair dryer do that.

Does the concentrator stay connected, or does it frequently fall off while using?

It stays. It’s super hard to remove actually.

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She has wavy hair and had been asking for a hairdryer with a diffuser. Works great. I also use from time to time. Sleek design and very light weight, not too heavy like the old revlon hairdryers. Also compact so it’s great to store in our limited bathroom cabinet space.

I have very porous 3b hair. This dryer gets my half dry hair dry in half the time I love it. I don't understand exactly how it does it but it does work really well. Normal hair dryers if I leave them in one spot too long make my hair fuzzy, this does not happen with this dryer.
