Works very well.
This refractometer works very well and has sufficient accuracy for testing honey, but I was a bit surprised that it only has a Brix scale and not a moisture scale. To convert to moisture level, a simple conversion chart can be found on the internet.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but does require calibration periodically due to the nature of the item. This can be a little tricky if you don't have the means to prepare the solids solution properly.

couldn't calibrate
1st one the adjustment spindle was really hard to turn and the directions said gentle turn to adjust , 2nd unit I couldn't even calibrate as per the directions but the spindle was easier, was not happy with either one
