FIXBODY Digital Kitchen Scale Multifunction Food Scale, Stainless Steel, Silver, 5000g/1g (Batteries Included)

The scale is thin and light-weight, so it's easy to store in my tiny kitchen. The description said the scale would be silver, but I was sent one that was bright blue. The different color didn't bother me, so I decided it wasn't worth the time and hassle to request an exchange. As others experienced, the batteries that came with the scale were corroded, so I had to run out and buy some more AAA batteries to get the scale to work. Not the end of the world, but still, if a product is going to advertise that batteries are included, it would be nice if those batteries were actually usable. That's the main reason for deducting a star. Otherwise, I've been happy with the product.

I found that it depends on where the object is on the scale will affect the weight shown. I alway use a rectangular/square container and then put the food inside of it to get consistent readings. However, I didn’t have it one day and used a round glass container. Depending on where I placed the round container, affected the weight. Placing food more towards the front made it more accurate to what the weight should compared to placing of leaning more towards the back of the scale. so other than making sure the item you’re weighting is in the appropriate position, it works very well. I'm absolutely angry at how tiny this scale is but I HAVE to give it a decent rating because it works as expected. There is nothing wrong with the accuracy or anything like that. It's about 5in x 7in. That's so small, I can't put a regular-sized opaque plate on it and READ the numbers on the screen. Certain bowls obstruct the screen. I can't use a mixing bowl or else I'll struggle to read the numbers. 60 second shut down is a blink of an eye to me. It feels like I weigh something, look away to read a recipe, and the number is gone. I absolutely hate cooking with this thing. I just got a bigger scale at the store today because I'll go crazy if I have to use this tiny scale to cook any longer. Yes I'm writing this review while I'm hot-headed but I guess it must be said.Overall, it works but don't use it in the kitchen. I have replaced this already but I'm keeping it in case I need a weighing scale for small items.

This was pretty good for the Etsy business I started up but the batteries that came with it were dead when I got it.

For the price, this scale is great. It seems pretty accurate, and it is easy to zero out the scale with your container on it. My only complaint is that it goes to sleep after a few seconds--and when it comes back on, your weight isn't saved, so it zeroes out again (totally admitting here that there could also be user error). All in all, I would buy this again for the price! :)

This kitchen scale is exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, instructions are simple and easy to understand, batteries were included (which is always a plus), and the calibration on the scale is accurate (used my other scale for comparison) AND it fits in my kitchen drawers! I needed something that could easily fit in my drawers as compared to my old scale that was too big to fit and took up too much space on my counter. If something small, portable and gets the job done then i would highly recommend this item.

This is a great little scale. It’s thin and small enough to store easily (it actually fits in my kitchen drawer) but it’s every bit as accurate as larger scales. It’s easy to use and runs on 2 AAA batteries ( that were conviently included). The brushed surface is fingerprint and stain resistant and easy to clean. I also thought it was very cool that it includes liquid measurement ( mL). I think this is the first scale I’ve ever seen that includes that feature. Overall great buy. Highly recommended!

Love this scale, It is very easy to use - almost fool proof (lol). I started a new diet back in April of this year. Last few months I noticed the weight was not coming off as quickly as the beginning. I bought this scale, so I could start weighing my food instead of just eye balling it. Last few weeks the weight started coming back off. This scale has become a staple in my life.
