I need to treat my entire wrist top and bottom, due to a fracture. there are plates. i see this only treats one side. what should i get instead?

I purchased the Thermotex Far Infrared Heating Pad - Elbow which has two heating plates one for top and bottom of my wrist. Thermotex products are definitely helpful.

could it be adapted for use on the neck?

Don’t believe that it has the bend in it that would work
