I didn't know there were melatonin that helped you have good digestion while sleeping? That seemed a bit odd for me. However, I've been taking these before I go to bed for about a week now and all I could say is that where has this been all my life?! I'm the type of person that would randomly wake up in the middle of the night because of indigestion. It would really keep me up at night. I don't get it because I'm eating right and I walk for 10-15 mins before going to bed but I can't seem to get a night's rest. That's why I decided to invest in melatonin. I came across this product and just hoped for the best that it would help me get some relief. Wasn't expecting much of it to be frank but this really works for me! I think the changes kicked in around Day 5. I'm more rested and there were nights that I had uninterrupted deep sleep! Best purchase I've had thus far.

This is the best product that I have tried. This is my 3rd time ordering it and I will continue to use it long term. I have trouble staying asleep and I wake up many times during the night. Sometimes I lay awake for hours. But since I started using Bioma, my sleep is restful and if I do wake up to use the bathroom, I fall right back to sleep. It's made a huge difference!

Week one....no noticeable changes. Well, I have it I will give it more time Week two...sleep has proved considerably. I used to get 4 to 6 hours of sleep. Now I get 5.5 to 7. BUT...I would have 50 to 55 minutes of deep sleep. Now it is 1.25 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep. AND when I get up at 2 or 3 am, I can get right back into bed and fall back to sleep, whereas before, I would toss and turn for 20 mins, then get up for the day. I have not lost weight yet, but I think that is coming. I am not as hungry, and I get satisfied faster. I went to the grocery store hungry a few days ago, and I did not buy anything not on my list. I even stood at the cracker and chip aisles and was ot tempted by any of it. Those are my go to snacks. My husband got us each a handful of m&m's the other night, I only ate half, and they are still on the table beside my chair. I am going to give this product a real chance. I will use for at least 3 months and will report back then, if not sooner.

As long as u follow the directions, it will work. It had to build up in your system like anything else to work effectively. I started with one capsule for 2 weeks just to get my body used to it. Definitely great value, ease to swallow and follow the directions, and best for me at night a few hours before sleep.

Nothing really works for me to help with my sleep problem until i bought and tried this. It gave me the best sleep that i had in such a long time and it is very effective in giving me better metabolism too.
