Who was the editor of this travesty?

Nope don't own it and not very likely to after just looking at the sample.Seriously - LIGHT GREEN text predominates. Did anyone actually try and read this?Then the screen captures are lo-res and appear very chunky in the preview.I wrote better user manuals way back with Adobe Pagemaker. No excuse today with the plethora of good writing apps and much better graphics.
