Why my prime came dented ?

Probably at the time of delivery.

Are these stored outside by the seller? My box had a ton of sand and dirt in it.

Amazon has many sellers and it is not possible to speak for all sellers. I personally have not sold you any prime and I personally so not store my product outside. My suggestion is for you to ask the seller who you intend to buy from that question. I hope that helps. Happy shopping!

Is this an energy drink?

No, Prime hydration is not an energy drink. It has zero added sugar or caffeine and has around 20 calories per bottle. Prime Hydration is a company that produces electrolyte powder mixes that are designed to help with hydration and replenishing electrolytes lost during exercise or physical activity. Their products are marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks, as they contain natural ingredients and are free from added sugars and artificial colors or flavors. While electrolyte mixes can provide a boost of energy during physical activity, they are not typically classified as energy drinks, which are beverages that contain stimulants such as caffeine and are intended to increase alertness and focus.
