Is it good for heavy duelling?

It has some heft to it but the quality feels like it should be preserved and not treated like some of the cheap ones

Can you change the blade color?

Yeah you just have to read the instructions and there is a certain amount of blinks that you have to hold the button for before it'll change colors but you should be able to as I think either seven or 11 preset colors

How does this blade come out?

It comes with the blade and hilt separated. You have to attach the blade with the screws and Allen wrench that comes with it. To remove the blade, simple reverse the process.
