What is the difference between gentle iron (bought in the past) and active iron?

I am not sure, but I bought this iron for my wife and it is "gentle" and does not cause constipation like a usual intake of iron can do. My wife suffered a stroke in her bowel after chemotherapy and is terrified of being constipated as the pain can cause her to pass out. This Active Iron may well be a similar thing to "gentle". Hope that helps a little.

Hi, Yes, they are GM free. Team Active Iron

Hello and thanks for your question, Yes, Active Iron is Gluten Free and on the Coeliac Society official Shopping List 2020. Kind regards, Active Iron

Has anyone noticed that these capsules smell and taste like vinegar?

Definitely a strong smell on opening the blisters where the pills reside. Almost smells a bit gluey to me but doesn’t seem to affect the product.
