It’s affordable and effective.

I always had an issue with leg cramps, real bad leg cramps so my doctor gave me this information. It’s the best of the best it has helped me tremendously. I used to suffer in the middle of the night with a cramping up my legs all the way down to my feet. I definitely recommend it.

Exactly what I needed for vitamin K

Most people have never heard of Vitamin K2 MK7 until they go down the rabbit hole of optimizing their supplement stack, and then they realize they probably should have been taking it years ago. If you’re supplementing with D3 or calcium, K2 is the missing piece that makes sure that calcium actually ends up in your bones where it belongs instead of your arteries where it doesn’t. Doctor’s Best nailed the formulation here. The MK7 form is the superior version of K2 — longer half-life, better bioavailability, and it stays active in your system far longer than MK4. The dose is spot on and the softgel format with the added olive oil base helps absorption since K2 is fat-soluble. It’s one of those supplements where you’re not going to feel it working the way you might feel magnesium or a pre-workout, but the long-term cardiovascular and bone health benefits are well-researched and compelling enough that skipping it just doesn’t make sense. Think of it as insurance for everything else you’re already doing right. Doctor’s Best is a brand I trust — transparent labeling, quality ingredients, and a price point that doesn’t gouge you for a product this straightforward. Stack it with your D3, take it with a meal that has some fat, and don’t overthink it. Just a smart, easy addition to any daily routine.

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.

I take medicine that causes dry mouth and other complications therefore (I’m told ) tends to lead to cavities. I haven’t had a single one since adding vitamin k2 my-7 to my routine. I’ve used a few different brands but this one works just as well and I don’t get sticker shock. If it works it works and I don’t need to drop $49 on some revved up version with empty promises. Doctors Best is popular and trusted for many reasons I’m sure but whatever keeps my mouth healthy. Notice I didn’t say ‘clean’; I can curse like a sailor if provoked. Or even when not provoked but at least my teeth look nice while I’m doing it ;)
