I’ve had other machines, but this one is amazing. The ease of use, flavor, ease of maintenance and guidance in making great coffees is well worth the money. There are less expensive machines but they took up a lot more counter space and were less flexible. This is the dream machine for coffee lovers!

We purchased this machine about 6 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! Our requirements were that it had to be short enough to fit underneath our countertop and REALLY wanted to find a machine that could swap between regular and decaf beans easily - and we were surprised and delighted to find this machine fit both. It has a great selection of coffee choices, allows flexibility around strength, number of "shots", and amount of milk, works with any "milk" product (including oat milk and almons milk) and is super-simple to clean. As an engineer, I am incredibly impressed with the way that frother comes apart for cleaning - the design is superb and the results are excellent. All in all, our family couldn't be happier!

If you simply want a machine that makes spectacular coffee drinks with minimum effort on your part, this is it.I had been using Jura machines since 1995, and when my C65 hit the end of the road (needing a second $400+ repair), I decided to jump ship. I am so happy that I did.Espresso is wonderful, and hot. Milk drinks are created flawlessly. Cleaning is simple, for example, just disassemble the milk system and put the parts in the dishwasher. And it has two different profiles, and two different coffee bins, so there are no conflicts with my wife.This is not a machine that lets you perfect your technique. Other than buying better coffee, there is no way to get anything better out of it than you got the first time. But that first time was more than good enough for me.

Looks good, but works terribly. I encountered a problem where you get a continual message that the grounds need to be emptied and the side door closed before it will work. This is actually a well known problem based on YouTube searches and other reviews; I wish I had paid attention to them before ordering. The machine will not function without significant jarring and banging, and then at some point it reverts to the same message no matter what. DeLonghi customer service is disjointed, disorganized, and have asked for a number of confirmations that I provided, but that they keep trying to act like they can't read the photos and files sent. What a waste of time, and ruined an intended nice Christmas gift that I could have returned via Amazon had DeLonghi not dragged out the "customer service" process. They should be known as the customer "non-service" department.

Amazingly easy and amazing results. The interchangeable hoppers make it a snap to change from caffeinated to decaf or from one type of bean to another. Also the fact you can keep the dairy container filled and move from refrigerator to machine, again in a snap is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

I had another De’Longhi that was gifted to me for many years. It’s what got me hooked on coffee again after I stopped drinking it. Lol it was a great machine but after being over 10 years old (and used) it was having small issues and was very bulky. We decided to get this machine that was much smaller and more aesthetically pleasing in my kitchen. Super in love. You can create different profiles and customize everything from the amount of milk you want, the strength of the coffee beans, single or double shots etc. very easy to use. Warning: you will become very critical of other coffee machine and never want to use a keurig or espresso ever again. Seriously. I buy Lavazza beans. I’m in love.

This machine has completely elevated my morning coffee routine! The De’Longhi Rivelia is beautifully designed — the white finish looks sleek and modern on the counter — and surprisingly compact for everything it does.The built-in burr grinder is quiet and consistent, and I love the bean switch system that lets me swap between two different coffee beans without any mess. It’s perfect if you want decaf in the afternoon but full-strength espresso in the morning. The touchscreen interface is very intuitive, and customizing drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, even iced lattes) is simple and quick.The milk frother produces great foam for cappuccinos and lattes, and cleanup is straightforward, which is a big plus compared to other machines I’ve owned. It heats up quickly, so I can go from powering it on to sipping a drink in just a couple minutes.It’s definitely an investment, but if you enjoy café-quality drinks at home and want convenience without sacrificing flavor, this machine is worth every penny.

This is the one we chose after research. It makes great coffee drinks. The touch screen reminds you about cleaning. Cleaning isn’t a miserable experience. I am generally a grumpy, sad, critical, and pessimistic person, but this machine is great.

So far, five stars. This machine is beautiful. The design is so well thought out. The learning curve on the interface couldn't be easier. It's a big "WOW" over the Philips 5500 that I bought and returned. I fiddled around with the settings and haven't quite found my right taste yet, but I just got it today so will continue to fine tune grind and amounts and hopefully get it set up perfectly to my liking.

Not good if you’re wanting a decent size coffee (large) that is fairly strong. Both my husband and I find it doesn’t provide enough coffee no matter what we try. We’ve tried different coffees, different settings and still not loving our coffee taste. Always appears to be too weak.

I do like this coffee maker. I have to note that the coffee is not hot enough and the milk frother stops working now it just put the milk in the cup. This is disappointing as this is one of the reasons I got it.

Handles dairy and non dairy. Easy to operate. Easy to clean. Really have zero complaints. Worth the money.
