can the remote control 2 different set of lights?

I would say yes. Even though I only have the one set, these companies typically always use the same wavelength.

Can i use 2 of the lights or it has to be all three

Sure, you would just plug 1 other light into the first one. The work as a chain.

Can someone tell me the name of the app? I accidentally threw away the booklet

They are not Wi-Fi compatible even though it says they are.

Do these "remember" the last setting if power is interrupted and do they automatically come back on when power is restored?

You set the color pattern and mode, so if there turned off, when you turn them back on the settings remain the same. We did have a power surge once after I installed these, they did not come back on , I had to turn them back on. I really like these lights though and would recommend them.
