The Perfect Twine for Every Roast - I'm Never Going Back to Regular Twine
I absolutely love this elastic butcher's twine! I've ordered it several times now, and it has become a staple in my kitchen. It’s perfect for roast chicken, prime rib, porchetta, and more. The convenience it offers compared to regular twine is unbeatable—you don’t have to fuss with cutting and tying, making prep so much quicker and easier. What’s great is that if I need to, I can still cut it and tie things tighter for a more secure hold. The elasticity gives just the right amount of tension, holding everything perfectly in place while cooking.

Attaches élastiques
Très pratique pour attacher tournedos ou autre pièce de viande , mais je trouve que c’est cher pour la quantité reçue.

Versatile for various types of cooks
Loops worked perfectly. The ability to stretch due to the elasticity or tie shorter allows for versatility in the product. Worked well on prime rib roast.

Good butchers twine, you get a lot for your money
Not much to say, it's butchers twine and it works as well as any butches twine. It's not more or less durable than any other. You get a lot for the price, if you're like me and only use it occasionally this will last a lifetime.
