Most high-protein drinks have a chalky, artificial aftertaste or a strange chemical sweetness, but this ultra-filtered milk formula tastes exactly like a smooth, rich glass of chocolate milk. The nutritional breakdown is absolutely perfect for my fitness goals. Packing 30 grams of high-quality protein with only 150 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, and 2 grams of sugar per serving, it allows me to hit my daily macros effortlessly without any unwanted extras. It keeps me feeling full and energized for hours, making it the perfect quick breakfast replacement for busy workdays or a convenient post-workout muscle recovery drink. What really makes this a winner for our household is that it is fully lactose-free and gluten-free. It digests incredibly well with absolutely zero bloating or stomach discomfort. The bottles are sturdy and perfectly portable, making it easy to toss a few into my gym bag or truck cooler before heading out for the day. If you want a delicious, guilt-free chocolate treat that packs serious nutritional value, this 12-pack is worth every penny. Review: Good tasting - I like the taste when refrigerated and it helps me get my morning protein in. Yikes on the price, it keeps going up.

Yum & Protein!
Yuuummm! These drinks are so delicious, it's ridiculous. I sometimes have one as my 'dessert' after dinner. With low sugar and 30g of protein, I'm gonna keep buying these. Also, they cost more at my local Walmart.

Perfect Lactose Free Shake
This is by far my favorite protein shake and I’ve purchased in over 5 times now. I’m lactose intolerant and these drinks don’t hurt my stomach. Sometimes I’ll add frozen fruit/dairy free ice cream and turn it into a milkshake. There’s no chalky after taste and it truly keeps me full.

Tastes Good
The Shake tastes good but it's hard to "know" whether you're actually getting the 30 grams of protein. I don't feel any different but trust that it's giving me some of the protein I need.
