I have a 2 liter kettle that I add 10 drops to with each fresh fill of water. It lasts about 24 hours since I mix room temperature and heated water together. 10 drops in a 24 hour period seems to be the magic dose for me. I noticed within two days a remarkable improvement in my hydration. No dry tongue in the mornings, and my complexion feels soft and hydrated to the touch. A health and beauty product in one! I'll keep using it as long as it's available.

High Quality
I usually use the baja gold sea salt, but decided to try the trace mineral drops and I am hooked. I love using the mineral drops instead. It's so easy to just put a dropper full in my morning water and know that I am getting a good amount of nutrients right away in the morning.
