I have been on sertraline for a long time and I have seen improvements in the areas the medication was hindering. I looked at many different supplements and this brand seemed the most reliable/honest (ingredients in supplements aren't checked, so ANYTHING could be in there). This brand has lab tests results you can find for each batch. Could it still be lying? Maybe, but they're doing more to gain my trust than most supplements.

Excellent value turmeric supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have an overpowering smell or aftertaste, which is a big plus. I like that it includes black pepper for absorption, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my joints feel with regular use. The high strength means you don’t need to take lots of capsules. Will definitely reorder. But make sure you wash your hands after touching them 😂

It’s hard to tell yet having not been taking the supplements for a month but I feel they are making a difference.

I am taking 1 daily (less than recommended serving) and noticed the difference. Less acne inflammation and reduced sugar cravings to a certain extent. Good quality curcumin but does stain fingers when in contact. Will purchase again

I've been taking this for about two months and has helped with my sciatica, I haven't needed to take as many pain killers. Need to take every day to feel the benefit. Works to reduce inflammation probably because of high curcumin content. It doesn't stain your fingers like some have suggested, as long as your hands are dry it's ok. Great product!

Great product for the price compared to retail stores in my area.

I was recently diagnosed with a common ailment of elders in one of my hips. It has caused me some pain and discomfort as well as interfering with my ability to get around a bit. After consulting with several knowledgeable physicians, it was suggested that I begin taking some non-narcotic, over-the-counter pain meds which I have done. Although this has been helpful, after reading about curcumin, I decided to give it a try. I chose this particular brand because it is also paired with black pepper which is supposed to aid in absorption. Since beginning taking this product, I have been able to reduce the other meds I was taking as well as my finding my walking is not much hindered by my hip pain. I am quite convinced that this product has significantly improved the quality of my life and will continue to use it.
