What sized loaf does one basket hold? I like to make a standard white loaf using 500g of flour and split it into two small 1lb loaf tins.

I have not put in about 170g of sourdough for proving and you get a good crusty roll size, you could probably go into 250g at a push.

Materials fine, but bottom of bannetons are not flat, so once the proving starts the dough pours to sides...
