Good
Extremely sturdy holder , polished steel ,looks really good ,came with bolts for mounting .I asked a carpenter to set it up as I was planning to fix it on a very thin board at the side & didn't want to make a mess/damage the shelf ,but seems easily fixed .This was my first Levon product ,& I am really pleased with their quality . It's a bit higher priced than similar items ,but ,worth it .

Poor quality
Very thin, weight less product, not as shown in picture. Received product without Levon branding.

Not stainless steel. It's iron coated with steel.
It's not 100% stainless steel. You can see the pink magnet sticking to the hanger. Cannot be hooked to the shelf as other Hangers. We should fix it with 2 screws. They should have given 2 screws along with the product atleast.
