I am very disappointed with this bag for many reasons most notably because it has torn down the side (which can be seen in the 2 photos), I wanted a bag that I could put my laptop in and bike through the rain without the contents getting wet.When it arrived the stitching down the seams had thread hanging off of it. The bag itself was quite a good size, it is not completely waterproof (especially the small front pocket), but in the rain everything inside stayed dry, so I kept it.Now only having had it for 3 weeks and rarely used, I noticed it has a significant tear down the side of the stitching at the top of the bag. Not only am I not impressed with the bag, I searched for 20 minutes trying to find contact details for Lingli Xia the seller, so that I could arrange a refund and was unable to find any contact details for him apart from an address poorly written. This is why I am not forced to leave this review. I cannot recommend this bag to anyone and would like a refund.

So I thought this was a great but, but after two months of NOT using it everyday, the shoulder strap started to rip - see photo. I have contacted the seller with no reply. It has been a week since I tried to get in touch with them.Great backpack! In fact I found out that I can just drop my normal(not waterproof backpack) right into this one. Not sure if it is long lasting as I have only owned it for a few weeks now.My only criticism is that there are no pockets on the inside at all, but again, like I already said, I can easily drop my normal backpack in this one. Job done! 💪

It took me over a week of trawling across the internet looking at every waterproof bag going to settle on this.The only fully waterproof proper rucksack/backpack on Amazon which is a good (large) size and has proper back straps and padding.Good value.Only complaint is the smell which you get with PVC material.

Bag arrived today. Looks good and seems sturdy. It is a big bag. Inside (and outside) there is a small pocket which should be handy for keys etc as the bag itself is quite deep. Glad I chose grey as it looks nice. The roll top makes the bag flexible in volume. I got a discount voucher and can’t be happier with this price.

Great bag, arrived quickly, looked small but can get quite a lot in. It keeps everything completely dry.

I ordered this bag less than 3 months ago and one of the straps broke, I would expect that to happen maybe after a few years but not less than 3 months. I do not recommend this product, one star is being very kind.

Well made and robust. Perfect for cycling to work.

Perfect for our lush wet UK weather. You can fit loads in here and it is ideal for the cyclists comute.
