I finally came across this one after having tried about three others first. It is phenomenal in terms of how robust it looks and feels. I use it to hold an iPad mini and it has never let me down. The only thing I would mention is that we are on our second one now. The first one lasted over a year as a permanent fitting in the car and once we removed it and tried to use it in a rental it broke. So this time I bought one for the car and a spare one that will hopefully not get too attached to any rental cars on holiday and we will be able to reuse.

Doesn't stick well, awkward to fit phone to stay in the position as keeps tilting whilst driving.

Fantastic little device.looks fantastic in my car, very stylish. Even if you don’t have Bluetooth you can use the speaker feature on your phone and talk hands-free. It holds my phone very well

Seems well made, easy to position the cradle due to multiple points of articulation. One thing I didn't like is that the suction cup has glue on it... It's now fixed to my windscreen and I fear I'd have to damage the suction cup to get it off.

Bought this for travelling around in hire cars on holiday with my iPhone XR in a case and worked great. Used it off the dash in a Toyota Corolla which has a dimpled finish and it works fine. The base is really sticky which must help it seal and the range of adjustment on it is great. Very pleased.

Been using the mount in car. Despite the description stating dashboard/windscreen - it doesn't stick to dashboards unless they are a lot smoother and flatter than mine. It does a excellent job of sticking to windsceens and any flat, smooth (really smooth) surface.As for the bulldozer design thing? Whereas many reviewers have found it "amazing" I found it rather "amazingly clunky", sure, it's versitile enough to position my phone as I like it.The clasp holds a smart phone just fine, and the gap for the charger should fit most phones. Take my phone out and try driving.... the mount rattles... a lot...

Very quick delivery. The various rotation points on it made it very easy to install. It stuck very well on the windscreen and use point was easy to access.

Cannot be used at all. Suction pad did not stick.This is a phone holder and does not take the weight of a sat nav as seller advertises.
