Using TurboCAD in technical professions: For draftsmen, technicians, and engineers Paperback

A good book with simple straight forward examples to follow and practice with. The layout of the book presents CAD concepts in an easy to read logical progression.

I used the book to guide my usage of TurboCAD 2019 Deluxe. It has given me clear and effective guidance on how to get things done. One caveat, tools and menues may not be located to the left or right. Adding an index on where from menu bar tools can be located would help. The default icon size on a 4k screen (15") are too small enlarge these. The book is well thought out, logical and easy to follow.

This book seems to be written for the Pro version of TurboCad. I have the Deluxe version as I use it for my hobbies. Many of the commands used are not available in the Deluxe version so I have to figure out my own protocol to finish the drawings used. Still it is helping me to learn TurboCad Deluxe and is better than any of the free stuff offer by TurboCad.

This book is very helpful in learning TurboCAD and serving as a reference. Even though I have the 2018 version of the software the book was much better at teaching the basics than the introduction material that came with the software. The money spent on the book was well worth it.

This book is written for Microsoft. You'll have to translate each command for yourself. Good Luck!

It's not a book it's more like a booklet. It reminds me of the old days when software companies actually sent a booklet with the software program, basically that is what this is. Very disappointed with what you pay for it.

I bought this book because I was having an issue properly getting into TurboCAD and the software manual wasn't helping because I didn't know where to start. This book gave an excellent step-by-step guide about how to get the most from the software and it offered a great range of pre-selected tools which made getting up to scratch completely effortless. I would 100% recommend this book to any beginner or any professional who is new to the TurboCAD software!

This manual starts well, clear, logical, and informative. As a TurboCAD user in learned some new and better ways of doing things, but the book “runs out of steam”. Just as you finish the basic set-up and use of the 2d drawing tools it finishes. The book may be useful for beginners

Not enough substance only covers the basics does not go into any great depth

This is an essential tool for everyone using TurboCAD. It has everything you need to know. Very easy to follow!
