Why when I try to buy it it charges me $10 for shipping when it says free shipping?

You'll need to message the individual seller you are trying to buy from. If you are an international customer, non-Prime member, or trying to use standard or expedited shipping there will likely be a charge

I ordered it it cost the same as the big one I thought it was the big one for that price it really sucks

Is this an original Funko product?

It depends on what seller you buy from. Some sellers have been selling knockoff products. I can verify that ours are directly from Funko. Report any sellers you find selling knockoffs so Amazon can take care of it

Mine are official Funko produced Mangle.
