Clash of the Titans (2010)/Wrath of the Titans (DBFE)(BD Blu-ray)

These to movies compliment each other.

This two DVD 3D set is a great value(I paid about $22 for the set on sale). Both films look good in Blu Ray high definition and, even though "Clash" is processed 3D rather than filmed in 3D as was "Wrath" (per what I've read), it holds up very well and benefits greatly from the 3D enhancement. Recommended.

I don't think anyone would claim that Clash of the Titans is a profound or deep movie. What it is, is a fun and well-paced action movie. Call it what it is: macho battle action -- a high testosterone movie. Lots of fighting and action. The design is good, and the CGI work well done. The fight with Medusa is a high point. In terms of criticisms, my main wish is that it had been R rated instead of PG-13... the fights scenes could have been more intense. They seemed unnecessarily sanitized. Just one caveat: I bought this blu ray before noticing that Amazon also offers a blu ray that contains the original movie of the same name, the one with stop motion, for a few bucks more. If I'd noticed, I would have bought that version instead of this one.

I enjoyed the crap out of these movies. The 3d graphics were good. I'm extremely happy with the pricing and adding these to my 3d collection.

Great popcorn movie

Both movies are entertaining. The 3D aspect isnt all that great aside from some of the fighting scenes. I was expecting a more in your face effect but nonetheless you still feel the 3D. Overall happy with the purchase and its definitely a great deal. Thank you!

Back to back stories about the Greek demigod Perseus. Wrath takes over where Clash leaves off. Both enjoyable action yarns, good in 3D. The 3D effects are much more pronounced in Wrath than Clash, but we liked both. Good value for 2 good 3D movies.

Bei diesem schicken Steelbook handelt es sich um einen französischen Import mit deutschem 5.1 Digitalsound. Beide Filme, sowohl Kampf der Titanen, als auch Zorn der Titanen, liegen als 2D und 3D – Blu-ray vor. Alle Disc sind einzeln zu entnehmen und Codefree. Das Steel ist ziemlich breit und macht ordentlich was her. Hier für vergebe ich schon mal locker 5 Sterne. Da sich über Geschmack bekanntlich nicht streiten lässt, empfinde ich die Filme selbst als gelungen. Zwar nicht überragend, aber durchaus sehenswert. Für mich sind sie 4 Sterne wert. Die Bildqualität ist im zweiten Teil etwas besser als beim „Kampf...“. Das gilt besonders im 3D- Modus, da hier deutlich mehr Tiefe vorhanden und das Bild insgesamt etwas besser ist. Auch in dieser Disziplin halte ich 4 Sterne für angebracht. Was die Soundabmischung betrifft, so haben wir hier nur eine Deutsche 5.1 – Digitalspur auf allen Scheiben. DTS-HD gibt es leider nur in Englisch. Somit kann ich auch hier nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Verpackung und Versand waren – wie immer – sehr gut und schnell. 5 Sterne. Alles in Allem wären hier 4 Sterne angemessen...ABER, da ich nur 11 € und ein paar Zerquetschte für dieses Steel (zum damaligen Zeitpunkt) bezahlt habe und bei einem Blick auf die deutsche Steelbook-Version ein Vielfaches an Kohle fällig wären, halte ich 5 Sterne für angemessen!!! Hoffe, ich konnte helfen.

L'edizione in se per quello che costa merita l'acquisto. Per poco meno di 10 euro vi portate a casa il primo film e il sequel. Sono due buoni film d'avventura fantasy a sfondo mitologico con un bel cast. Non sono sicuramente dei capolavori ma sanno intrattenere e possiedono dei bei effetti speciali.

Edicion Italiana con 4 Blue ray dos en 3D y dos en 2D y todo por menos de 10 Euros, ami me costó hace 1 año 18 euros...esto si que es buena politica de la Warnerhomevideo para que dejen de bajarse cine y comprarlo original pues aparte es la calidad que tren estos discos y el esfuerzo por que veamos cine "legal". Buenas peliculas de Ciencia Ficción y lo mas importante edición en 16x9 para llenar completamente la pantalla 1:85:1 para Furia de Titánes y 16x9 en versión 2:4:1 en ira de Titanes en ésta verás unas franjas negras arriba y abajo en tu Tv. pero con muy buena nitidez. Sobre el sonido bien también para ser la versión Italiana, pues se pueden elegir en Español en Dolby digital 5.1 como en DTS-HD en Ingles y con subtítulos en Español en todas las películas. Píllatelas ya!! recomendadas.
