Like a laser beam!
I had the factory bar and chain on my 18" Ryobi. It cut pretty lousy and pretty much made sawdust and not chips. I installed the Oregon bar and chain and it ripped through wood like a laser beam! It spit out huge wood chips instead of just dust.

product good, shipping package awful.
The bar and chain are excellent but the shipping packaging was awful. I received the first package with a chain only as the bar had come loose and come out of the poorly taped box. I was promptly sent another chain and bar and when this one was delivered the bar was hanging out of the box but it luckily made it to my residence.
