Jigsaw magnesium threonate is great!

I have been taking this for 2 months and can tell my memory is better. I was having trouble bringing words up, knowing what it is but could not think of the word. I have been better for sure.

Dreaming more frequently
Magnesium is always a great supplement to take. This form does give me more vibrant dreams or at least I’m remembering my dreams more frequently. Jigsaw makes great magnesium supplements that I frequently use, this one is another home run by them. Thanks
