Good morning, Unfortunately the Explore 8 cannot be connected to a camcorder. Regards, Customer Service Team HumanWare

Can you invert the colors to show white text on a black background (if the original is black text on a white background)?

Hello, yes you can modify the colors on the Explore 8 to show white text on a black background in the settings. Regarfds, Customer Service Team HumanWare

How does the magnification up to 30x work? are the settings preset choices or can i customize up to 30x?

I’m not sure what you are asking. I use the presets using the button on the right. I did not customize nor did I know it was an option. If you have a branch of the Light House Guild available to you, they may be able to help. There is one in NYC and one in Chicago; there may be others.

Is it ok for 220 voltage
