does kit come with instructions? would like to gift but doubt they would know how to use everything in an emergency.

This was a gift to my grandson. He had just purchased his first car, and was winter time. He isn’t overly “automotive maintenance” oriented so it was important to me for there to be instructions too. The kit is ok but not great quality. I suggest looking over the list of what the kit contains, and build it yourself with better quality parts. If you need to use the kit in case of an issue, you want the items to be functional and able to provide a safer solution.

What are the blue cloths for?

The product comes in two blue cloths, one is glasses cloth and the other is mask.
