Cats love, but you’ll wish the height was greater.
I ordered 2 carriers and have only had for several weeks so I had to select 3 Stars since I truly have no opinion yet. I must say I wish the height was greater. I’ll be buying something else in several months as the kittens will have outgrown them. I bought the largest available . But, I knew exactly what I was getting. The kittens absolutely love them!! HOWEVER, I am missing the “supposed” bottom inserts/pads for the main compartment. I’m trying to find out how to get just those pieces. I’m not interested in the time of the “Return Process”. Help??

Great space
My cat is big boned....LOL, he out grew the regular small carrier and was too small for the medium, so this carrier with the expandable sides was a blessing. Even just one expandable side is great. Easy to clean and lots of vented openings.

Too small.
Too small for my small dog. Sending it back.

Carrier seems great, but some parts missing
This just arrived today so I have not used it much. The carrier itself seems great! However it did not come with a shoulder strap or the fleece pad; I’m pretty disappointed by that, as the description implied that they would have been included.

Broken strap
My cats love it! Great quality, except for one tiny thing, one side of the straps was not connected to the actual hook. The whole strap is useless and there is no way to carry the carrier.
