The key chain is nice and it arrived pretty quickly. It feels like machine engraving, not laser printing.Disappointed in the size of the engraving, however. According to the seller, "Your text will automatically be sized to fit the imprint area according to how many lines of text & the number of characters per line you are using. " I had two lines of 8 and 9 letters and while the font is pretty, the writing is so small, I can't read it without my glasses. In the first row, each letter is roughly 1/16th of an inch wide. And the second-row letters are smaller than the first. The text is smaller than what is found on an animal's name tag. Several reviewers wrote about the size of the engraving, but I was hoping the seller addressed that, especially when they wrote "... your text will automatically be sized to fit." (I cannot imagine the size of the font if one had 5 rows of text.)Nice key chain for the price, disappointed in the engraving. 2 stars.

I'm very pleased with these customized key chains. They are sturdy, large, and very shiny silver on one side (helpful for finding dropped keys) with the chosen color and text on the other side. They're nicely rounded so they feel nice in the hand and there are no sharp corners to get caught up on things or cause scratches. Please note, the default font size is small (I'd estimate 9 or 10 pt). The text area allows up to 5 lines of 20 characters each. If your text is significantly less than that, I strongly advise you to contact the seller when you order to ensure that your content is printed as large as you expect. This may require setting up "your imprint as artwork" as I learned during my order process. Overall, I'm very happy with the end product and glad that I got in touch to adjust text size.

I ordered two of these with just one line of text on each. Since you 5 available lines I put the text in the third line and it appeared in the mock up that the text would be in the middle of the chain. However, when I received them the line was lower, as if I had put my text on line 4 based on the mock up.I also wish you could change the text size because the type is very small and I only had short text strings on each item.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it! She showed it to her colleagues, all of whom were jealous of her...and LOVED it! There was nothing like this in the My Favorite Murder store, so I ordered it separately from this company. Only $6! A true bargain even if it wears out quickly. I highly recommend this item and this company.

Shiny, vivid colors. Added the keychain to a standard sized key ring and fit very well. Lightweight and smooth. Words are centered and easy to read and says exactly what I wanted it to. Very happy with the purchase. If it holds up well, I will buy one each year.

To get my custom key rings just right, I contacted customer service a few times. The product looks as fancy as on the internet with high quality engraving. My key rings will hold flash drives containing family pictures and such, for every family member. The key chains definitely upgrades the look of my project. Thank you for helping me achieve my vision.

It's plastic, but it looks like metal. The one I got was a really cute personalized message for my boyfriend. In class now; he'll randomly pull it out of his pocket and smile at me. If you put a message that really matters I think it's a beautiful gift. Besides that it's nice quality, it has been a month since then and it's still not stained or scratched.

I needed a keychain for my spare car key. Did not expect this quality for the price.Not much else to say, but really ok quality for the price. Oh did I say that already?
