Balloons great- incomplete order

So the balloons themselves were great. They were cute, easy to inflate with a ball pump, and they lasted forever.However, I didn’t receive the whole “kit” that is listed in the description. I got the latter balloons only. There was no nozzle to inflate them (I used a soccer ball pump I already had), no ribbon, and there were no extra star balloons. So I don’t know what that’s all about, but the balloons were great.
