MightySharp Kitchen Scissors Rust-Resistant, Knife-Sharp Heavy Duty Utility Shears

These scissors are amazing and I’ll tell you why. I had a cast put on my foot/leg two days before Thanksgiving this past year to help heal an injury. Unfortunately the cast only created more pain and I needed to have it removed but everyone was home for the holiday. These scissors, which I had been using in my kitchen for more than a year, came in handy! I took these scissors to my cast/boot and within an hour I had cut myself out!! This was a plaster cast, so if these scissors can cut a cast apart, you will surely make good use of them in your kitchen.(Warning - do not try this at home as most doctors will tell you it is dangerous).

If you've been following my kitchen-shears saga, you know these are about the zillionth pair I've bought in the hope that springs eternal. Now those also-rans live in a drawer (with the exception of the not-bad Newness, used as a backup) and these sit proudly in the knife-block on the counter. Will they cut through bone? Of course not -- you need a big scary butcher's cleaver for that. But they slice easily and comfortably through any connective animal tissue you can throw at them, at least so far. They feel solid, too. They don't come apart but just open them all the way and sponge them with soapy water; if you put them or any sharp blade into the dishwasher you'll kill the edge forever. Now maybe I can stop buying these for a while.

Surprisingly nice for price. Sharp, well made, sturdy. 100000 uses....I love these scissors and use them so much for so many things I bought a second pair. The second pair got delivered to someone in another state, but when I contacted the seller they took immediate action and sent me a replacement that I got the very next day.Excellent product. Excellent customer service . Good on them!

This scissors is well balanced and feels sturdy when using. It is very sharp and feels like it will stay sharp. It is just what we were looking for to replace and / or supplement the scissors that came with our Chicago cutlery knife block.

First thought was great packaging. Slender box & well sealed.The scissors are GREAT! Sleek & slender. Easy to hold & feel as if they ‘mold’ to my hands.They are VERY sharp & the cuts are ‘clean’

Exactly what i needed for kitchen use! Smooth, sharp, and do not make my hand hurt after cutting up things! if i had to pick something that i would change, would be that they came apart to clean easier. but, i knew ordering them that they did not come apart! very happy with purchase
