I don't use the 10 oz option; it tastes too watery. I prefer to use the smallest water amount of the medium option to get the best taste.

How much caffeine does this have?

I'm not sure it has any. I have the k-cups and it doesn't give the ingredients on the individual cups. I threw the box away that they came in. I can tell you that it is delicious. Have reordered many times.
