Love this brand so much I had to buy it in bulk! It lasts a very long time, and the hay always smells great with amazing quality. My babies go crazy over this one in particular and I supplement it in with their Timothy hay. This is also amazing for those who have allergies to hay in general. The bulk box if extremely affordable as well and you get so much.

You may think it is very pricy for how much you get but this is one of the highest quality hays I have had. Very easy to digest for them with no problems, has no sharp pieces, they seem to love the taste, appears very soft and is healthy! Definitely worth the quality it’s very compact and fluffs up it also last around 2 weeks with 4 piggy’s and a bunny works amazing for hay pile

The hardness is just right, not too tough but still crunchy enough to keep my pets interested. It doesn’t crumble into dust, and it stays fresh longer than other brands I’ve tried. My bunnies actually get excited when I give it to them, which says everything. Definitely a good quality product and I’ll keep buying it 🐰

Honestly, this is one of the more affordable bulk packages that is not too large. Our bunny loves the hay and it affects our allergies less compared to the mixed one. This also helped his leaky eye which may be due to possible allergy to mixed bag.

When it comes to quantity, Oxbow is my go to for Orchard Grass (since 2018). I've compared prices with other brands, and it's the best bang for your buck if you want to buy bulk but stay within your budget. However, I've noticed the recent batches I've received haven't been up to par with my standards, or my pets' standards. My guinea pigs seem to tolerate our current bale, but my buns aren't big fans. A lot of the bale is very dry and yellow/brown, as opposed to the greener and tender quality I'm used to getting from Oxbow. There were even a few tree sticks inside that gave me splinters, and in the order I got before this, I found little black specks. I'm not sure if it was mold, or something else, but it was worrisome and I reported it. Still, I'm going to give this hay another chance and hope I've just had some bad luck because Oxbow competitors are priced outrageously high just for 25 lbs of hay. Overall, I recommend giving this product a try if nothing else. Orchard grass in general is a fan favorite for my pets, even my very picky senior bun

I have been getting this box of hay every month for four months for my two pig girls but this is the WORST quality of hay I have gotten thus far, the hay is not as fresh and more of a Timothy color, the pieces are short like what you would typically see at the very bottom of the box, and the box if full of so much hay dust!! I have only had it for a day but with the amount of sneezing and itching I’ve had you’ll think I’m handling Timothy hay. Overall very disappointing especially since that last boxes have been amazing.

All my bunnies absolutely love this hay! It’s always fresh, smells great, and they munch on it nonstop. I feel good giving it to them because it’s high quality and seems healthy. Definitely a staple in their diet!

Heel mooi groen hooi , grote zachte stengels en nauwelijks stof . Ook ideaal ik heb hooikoorts en hier heb ik geen last van . Cavia’s zijn er gek op en eten alles op. Ander hooi werd wel een beetje van gegeten maar veel bleef liggen en kon ik weggooien. Dus het is wel prijzig maar echt alles word opgegeten…. Ben hier zo blij mee :-)

Hit and miss with any hay, depending on the season and crop. Sometimes the hay is bright green and fragrant and other times duller with brown stands. Too much dust and short strands, for such expensive hay, and the price is crazy for hay. I do favor oxbow or small pet select for orchard hay, much better for those with allergies and hayfever

Une horreur ! Tout le foin est compressé ! Pourquoi ne pas avoir conservé l'ancien emballage où le foin était de qualité ? Là j'ai reçu 4 kg de miettes, c'est inadmissible ! J'ai dû mettre toutes ces miettes poussiéreuses dans 2 sacs plastiques, je les renvoie à Amazon pour remboursement, mais j'aimerai bien que Oxbow prenne ses responsabilités et me renvoie un foin de qualité, avec très longues tiges comme à l'époque avec Optinac ! Je suis en colère et aussi déçue, que mange notre lapin en attendant ?
